Elizabeth Leigh Vassey (born August ix, 1972) is an American actress. Her roles include Emily Ann Sago in the television series All My Children, Captain Freedom in the 2001 telly series The Tick,[1] Wendy Simms in the television series CSI: Offense Scene Investigation, and Nikki Beaumont in the spider web serial Nikki & Nora.[ii]

Vassey was built-in in Raleigh, N Carolina.[ citation needed ] She graduated from Chamberlain High Schoolhouse in Tampa, Florida in 1990.
Career [edit]
Vassey played teenager Emily Ann Sago on the lather opera All My Children from 1988 to 1991. From 2004 to 2005, she had a recurring part on the series Tru Calling as Dr. Carrie Allen.
She appeared in several episodes of the sitcom Two and a One-half Men. In the episode "The Last Affair Y'all Want is to Air current Up with a Hump" in 2003, in "Twanging Your Magic Clanger" and "The Crazy Bowwow Gazette" (2011),[3] and in "Nice to Run into You, Walden Schmidt" (the season premiere with Ashton Kutcher).
From 2005 to 2010, Vassey had a recurring part as Wendy Simms on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Starting with the 10th season, Vassey was promoted to a regular cast member and began actualization in the show's opening credits. Entertainment Weekly reported on June ane, 2010 that Vassey would not be returning for the prove's eleventh season. She guested in i episode of that season.
Vassey made a cameo on Joss Whedon'southward web-based musical, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Forth Blog, equally "Fury Leika".[4]
Personal life [edit]
Vassey is married to David Emmerichs, a camera operator.
In 2002, forth with fellow actress Kristin Bauer, Vassey started a company called Neurosis to a T(ee), which designs and sells slogan-covered T-shirts for women. The slogans poke fun at female worries and neuroses, often relating to relationships.[5]
